Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executives in both business activities and personal matter;
  • Work and communicate closely with drivers and helpers among the family members;
  • Coordinate workflow, update and follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure progress of deadlines, and keep projects on schedule;
  • Arrange and organize the senior executives 's daily schedule, including business and personal appointment, meetings, conferences etc.;
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for business and personal trips mainly in PRC;
  • Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and/or external business corporations;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails, filters correspondences;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by key managements.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in serving senior management; 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
  • Presentable, meticulous, organized, multi-task and detail oriented;
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Proficient in Chinese Typing is a MUST;
  • Familiar with the PRC public transportation system, including high-speed rail train services is an advantage;
  • Immediately available is preferred.

  • 負責高級管理層日常業務及私人事務;
  • 安排及跟進高級管理層的每日會議行程,包括業務和私人約會、會議和研討會等;
  • 處理公司信函、電子郵件、電話、文件歸檔和其他行政職責;
  • 完成高級管理層交辦的其它工作。
  • 協調工作流程,匯報和跟進委派的任務,確保準時完成;
  • 協調和安排高級管理層的出差及旅游的交通、機票/高鐵票務、酒店等安排;
  • 與內部和外部各方進行溝通、處理問題並跟進事宜;
  • 處理公司信函、電子郵件、電話、文件歸檔和其他行政職責;
  • 完成高級管理層交辦的其它工作。

 

職位要求:

  • 學士學位以上學歷;具備3年以上高級管理層私人助理或秘書工作經驗;
  • 能夠承受工作壓力,同時處理多項工作任務的能力;
  • 自信、成熟、組織能力強、注重細節及具有責任心;
  • 具備高度的保密性,專業態度及具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力;
  • 能夠接受節奏急促的工作環境;
  • 具備優秀的中英文表達能力(粵語、普通話、英語);
  • 懂中英文打字、懂倉頡/速成輸入法; 
  • 熟悉内地航班及高鐵訂票流程及操作;
  • 能隨時侯命及接受超時工作及假期加班;
  • 可即時上班者將優先考慮。
