Job Summary
An experienced Sr. Window Display Executive to join the Communications team. Responsible for developing and executing all window displays, ensuring that the window displays reflect the identity of Hermès through creative and qualitative staging, as well as sourcing and developing creatives with artists. This role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the production and installation of complex displays.
Major Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and develop window displays: Develop innovative and engaging window display concepts that align with theme campaigns, brand image, and audiences.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire window display process, from initial concept development and budgeting to production, installation,

and dismantling. This includes managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the multiple internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across all areas.
• Installation Expertise: Be hands-on working with the agency during the installation and dismantling of window display projects, often working overnight to minimize disruption to store operations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for window display projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality or creativity.
• Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
Requirements & Capabilities
• University degree in Art and design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Window Display Executive or a similar role, ideally within retail, art and creation environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing the understanding of creative and innovative window display designs.
• A deep understanding of VM, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of production techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for installations and dismantling.
• A passion for retail, visual storytelling, and creating immersive customer experiences.
