Responsibilities

• To provide the full spectrum of all talent acquisition activities that includes diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, offer negotiation and on/off boarding;
• Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications;
• Managing and maintaining internal and external recruitment channels and platforms in order to drive the continuous optimization of talent acquisition efficiency;
• Assist in organizing staff engagement events, CSR activities and employer branding campaigns;
• Handle routine C&B administration duties, i.e. pension scheme, group medical and tax returns etc;
• Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel details, staff movement, leave and attendance records regularly;
• Handle and follow-up employee’s work injury cases;
• Compile different HR reports for management review;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably from in-house retail / health & beauty background, previous exposure to mass recruitment will be an advantage;
• High proficiency in use of social media platforms and job boards;
• Detail-oriented, Pro-active, self-motivated, independent and willing to take on challenges with “can-do” attitude;
• Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferred.
