Role Purpose:

A Finance Manager would closely work with cross-functional partners and business units to drive business performance and to strive a stronger international network and O+O (offline + online) platforms for customer connectivity!

 A typical day in this Role: 

• Responsible for eCommerce KPIs (incl. P&L) analysis, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Monitor business and financial performance, providing value-added insights and analysis to drive business performance/strategic initiatives to meet annual targets, including variance analysis on ROI of promotion plans, business units performance.
• Act as one of key stakeholder to review and refresh KPIs, control books and guidelines by providing updated measurements, appropriate business processes and best practices.
• Conduct financial and business analysis to identify market trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Subject matter expert (SME) on finance related projects and enhancements i.e. payment gateway, checkout, recognized sales, reconciliation, etc..
• Lead annual budgeting process, monthly budget control, and ongoing budget variance analysis.
• Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in/Lead on Ad-hoc projects/tasks as required.

Success will depend on:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in an online business or e-commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of online business models, revenue streams, and key performance indicators.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems such as Hyperion, SAP BO, Tableau/ Power BI, and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to motivate and develop a team.
