- Welcome Mainland Chinese Visitors (MCV) and ask visitors to register
- Issue MCV visitors badge on arrival
- Open centres and prepare chops & related stationaries at reception desk
- Walk clients to meeting room
- Issue tickets for clients and lead them to waiting area / cashier and show them how to check ticket TV
- Courier & mail handling
- Handle phone call enquiry for MCV hotline
- Coordinate meeting rooms booking
- Collect specific documents for the meetings
- Confirm booking & check meeting room set up
- Manage materials needed for MCV service (eg: iPad, pen, writing pad, etc.)
- Tidy up and make sure sufficient leaflets on shelf
- Support MCV verifications
- Allow flexibility to on duty at 3 service centres (Times Square, AXA Tower & China HK City)
- Availability on weekends and holidays will be an added advantage
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above, current students are also welcomed
- Excellent command of spoken Mandarin, acceptable written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to perform general administrative work, acceptable knowledge on iPad & electronic platform
