What you'll be doing:

• Engaging with customers through live chat and incoming calls to provide prompt and helpful assistance.
• Verifying the status of self-pickup and delivery orders, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns, going above and beyond to enhance their satisfaction.
• Collaborating with restaurants and delivery personnel to offer simple technical support.
• Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with team members.

Who we are looking for:

• HKCEE / DSE or above holders.
• Part-time experience (1-2 years) is advantageous, but we also welcome fresh graduates.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing (minimum 30 words per minute).
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Passionate, positive, and patient in assisting customers.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
