Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead channel sales and trade marketing plan development and execution for online and offline key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations and product team, to ensure the effective delivery of products and services to key accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and leadership team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
• Sales forecast, and support inventory management
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to key accounts’ needs and objectives
• Coordinate projects to drive KA sales

Knowledge & Requirements:

• University graduate of business, management, or relevant discipline. Health science background is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales with key international or local retailers
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and commercial cycles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven and agile
