Major Responsibilities

• Participate and manage commercial related projects including but not limited to events, advertising and video production
• Plan and manage detailed project schedule, work plan, and resources allocation
• Review project schedule and monitor the progress to ensure projects in the right track in a timely manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments and progress
• Address problems through risk management and prepare a contingency plan

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, event management, media, video production, creative agency etc is preferrable
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Flexible, adaptive to fast pace environment, and able to meet tight deadlines with quality output
• Good team player with self-confidence in mobilizing cross-team stakeholders to achieve project objective
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
