Job duties:

• Implement and conduct sales strategies and operation plans, monitor the daily operations of online platform, execute e-marketing campaigns to reach sales target
• Liaise with various parties to develop global online businesses, analyse business problems and opportunities, document users’ requirements, and propose and execute the action plan
• Conduct data analysis on business and customer experience, evaluating customer research, market conditions, conversion funnel and competitor data, provide insights, CRM and prepare regular reports to Management
• Identify opportunities to leverage Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition focused technologies to improve customer journey
• Conduct regular Chatbot compatibility and continuous improvement review. Propose direction to uplift Chatbot efficiencies and overall performances
• Stay in tune with market research and development, also evaluate different technologies to address current challenges and future improvements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Digital Marketing/ Statistics/ Data Science or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce/ Digital Marketing / Logistics industry
• Experiences in operating marketplaces e.g. HKTV mall, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, HTML, CSS & JavaScript preferred
•  Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
