Key Responsibilities

• Develop high quality and visually appealing content for social media platforms, website and print media that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
• Communicate brands message and product offerings through graphics, visuals and other assets.
• Uphold and maintain brand’s visual identity guidelines, ensuring that all content produced adheres to the brands aesthetic, typography, color palette and other brand elements.
• Refresh brand guidelines whenever the information becomes outdated as the brand evolves.
• Stay updated on menswear fashion trends, industry best practices and emerging design trends in content creation. Apply these insights to create content that resonates with the target audience and keeps the brand current and relevant.
• Use data and insights to make informed decisions to optimize content design for better engagement and results.
• Deliver content within specified timelines. Prioritize tasks effectively.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns, social media initiatives, and other marketing activities. 
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual assets produced. This includes reviewing color consistency, typography, brand logo placement, and other details to maintain a high standard of visual integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques related to multimedia design and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years experience as a creative in advertising, fashion, retail or related fields.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar tools, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design for digital and print media.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box, pay attention to detail, and create visually appealing and engaging designs.
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
