Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Senior Director, Global & Multinational Customers, you will lead a team of Global Account Managers to serve global customers of designated industries.  You will manage the overall business to ensure sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Drive global and regional initiatives, develop and execute business and industry sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and customer penetration
• Lead team to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers, provide tailored solutions and quality customer service
• Lead and drive team to achieve sales KPIs and ensure quality revenue and profits
• Monitor industry sales trends, prepare performance statistical reports and make improvement recommendations
• Monitor sales systems and processes and ensure adherence to corporate standards and guidelines, and at the same time initiate ways for continuous improvement
• Monitor individual team member’s performance, motivate and engage team by providing direction, coaching and training

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in people manager role, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
• Sound experience in managing multinational customers and consultative selling
• Proven track records of driving sales achievements and business growth
• Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision making skills
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance
• Strong planning, organizing and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills
