Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to Manager, People & Culture Business Partner;
  • Administer day-to-day C&B operations, including but not limited to payroll and commission calculation, final payment calculation, benefits and pension scheme administration, and tax returns in a professional manner and compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain the data accuracy in HRIS, i.e. update staff attendance, leave records, personal profiles and staff movement;
  • Assist in commission scheme revamp and incentive schemes design to boost business performance;
  • Support the update and renewal of employee benefits programs, including group medical insurance, EC insurance, retirement plan, and other related benefits;
  • Collaborate with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure smooth administration and resolve any issues;
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends of compensation, benefits and wellness trends. Provide timely advice and updates to the team on market intelligence to drive effective people decisions;
  • Handle the full cycle work injury cases, including but not limited to managing claims, coordinating with insurers and statutory bodies;
  • Perform annual C&B projects and annual exercises including annual appraisal exercise, salary review and bonus exercise, and salary benchmarking etc.;
  • Support the review, design and implementation of C&B policies, such as leave policy, staff benefit policy and other related programs and policies;
  • Support the development, alignment and administration of job evaluation with mapping, salary surveys, and job grade with salary structure;
  • Coordinate with talent team to organize different company events and staff activities;
  • Analyze related survey data and compile reports with analysis to provide insights and recommendations;

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail, beauty or FMCG industry
  • Proven record on handling commission calculations
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, ECO, MPF scheme and related legislations
  • Sensitive to numbers with strong analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English is advantageous
  • Less experiences will be considered as Compensation & Benefits Executive
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
