Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking IT Finance Manager for their technology team.
 

Job Responsibilities:
• To lead the IT Finance team and handle regular financial reporting operations. To collaborate with IT PMO reviewing, improving and developing project finance procedures.
• Support Section Heads to perform IT procurement under the new procurement procedures.
• Review contracts and support vendor negotiation Process.
• Collaborate with IT PMO to support a system keeping track of project finance.
• Provide support to the development of the new procurement system.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
 

Requirements:
• University graduate, preferably major in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 years’ experience in generating financial reports for management, managing the budgeting cycle. Keep track of and report on the financial position of the departments.
• Experience in Manage a team of members. Communicate with other departments and ensure their requests are followed up and addressed. Communicate with management to collect their views for management reports.
• Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.
