  • Work in Facilities Management (FM) Team to oversee the planning and execution progress of all the works, projects and contract renewals as required to meet the operation needs
  • Proactively manage and resolve task dependencies and constraints to optimise delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines and governance for works and projects
  • Consolidate and update all the work plans and progress with proper tools and platforms to ensure true and accurate sources for overall monitoring with visibility to all team members and relevant parties e.g. Procurement and Finance Teams
  • Report on the work or project progress status and advise if any concerns required to be addressed
  • Review designated papers, submissions and reports. Map and synchronise the work and the budget plan to ensure the work execution is in accordance with the approved budget and resources 
  • Assist in optimising and improving processes and the overall approaches on FM operations 
  • Be the FM operation in-charge to oversee the site activities, handle issues and management incident escalation
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties or assignments as required 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility/Property Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in facility, property or event management with hands-on experience in managing events for commercial/shopping centers, public cultural, arts or recreational facility, of which at least 6 years at supervisory level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse team of people at different levels
  • Good team player and strong ability to take ownership of issues and drive resolution across teams
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, good time management and detail-orientated
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Flexible in working irregular hours including weekends or Public Holidays
