Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts (warranty and Service) and/or solving of complaints, inquiries and requests about technical products.
- Analyses and solves application failures, complaints (on or offsite), supports upgrades, drives root cause analysis and preventive action. Keeps customers proactively informed.
- Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers / Divisions.
- Fulfills documentations for service related issues and resolutions and / or keeps complaint database up to date.
- Participates in new projects during installation, commissioning and acceptance testing as required or in support of System Center.
- Proposes additional services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship.
- Provides special / custom training to customers upon request

- Product applications, solutions and field services business knowledge
- Knowledge on products, systems and Customer Support Tool
- Systems & Services Improvement
- Commercial awareness
- Product warranties
- Possesses strong learning agility
- Collaboration and execution
- Candidate with Engineering education background is a plus
