Responsibilities:

• To contact vendors for bookings and validating bookings against customer’s instruction
• To arrange cargo & document pick-up when necessary and update booking details into the systems
• To co-ordinate with various department for shipment handling and follow up. Team work required
• To follow up invoice release to shippers with payment collection
• To handle general enquiries from customers, internal departments and overseas offices
• To file all shipment record correctly and timely

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above 
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is prefered (Welcome fresh graduates, especially majoring in Logistics related))
• Proficiency in MS Office application, especially Excel
• Good Command of English and Cantonese
• Excellent in organization and communication 

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (No shifts required)

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary $16,500, public holiday, 10-15 days annual leave, paid sick leave
