Responsibilities:

• Lead a small design team to meet the seasonal schedules on a timely basis 
• Take full responsibility in all range of design and product development
• Ensure a good product quality and specification

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Fashion Design or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in Men’s or Ladies’ casual wear design in PRC market with exposure in e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in major design software, eg. Freehand, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Creativity with good fashion sense and design knowledge
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills and able to work independently
• Station in Huizhou, Guangdong province, is required
