Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Provide technical and customer support via phone and email to address query/incident reported from users
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems related to PCs, application, software, mobile device, system and network issues
- Log customer requests into the system, ensure proper tracking / follow up and escalation of incidents for additional troubleshooting as if required
- Cooperate with different providers / venders for problem solving
- Coordinate and place order to different suppliers
- Data entry and updates for service registration and contract renewal
- Monitor network infrastructure, applications, and hardware to maintain service quality
Requirements
- 3 years or above customer service and IT experiences
- Knowledge of Routing and Switching, firewall technology, network security principles, and network monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in Data / IP networking, configuring and operating routers and switches is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving and willing to learn
- Good customer service sense and communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Solid experience in Data Centre, MPLS VPN and ISP is a must
- Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
