Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Accounts Assistant, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of our diverse real estate projects. As a key member of our finance department, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality, our team oversees the entire lifecycle of development projects, ensuring they align with our vision and meet the highest standards of excellence. As the Part-time Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax computations while maintaining accurate accounting records. Your timely execution of daily and ad hoc assignments will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Join us in driving excellence in the world of real estate at Swire Properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Foundation knowledge in accounting
• Good team player; willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC operation and MS Office
