Job Description

We invite now high caliber talent to apply for Administrative Assistant (Legal Operations) to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This position supports our Legal operations and administrative function in daily business matters within a fast-paced successful team.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage and carry out supplier onboarding process
  • Assist the Team Manager to carry out administrative projects 
  • Provide administrative support for the daily legal operations
  • Prepare general reports and analysis
  • Support on filing and maintain document records
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Manager


Your Profile
 

  • Tertiary education
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration field or related discipline
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Good command of verbal & written English
  • Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
