Position Overview – Mi5Star Security Officer: We are looking for highly professional and well-presented Security Officers to join our team in Hong Kong SAR. Our deployments include personal protective services, corporate and private residential security. 

Ideal candidates will possess exemplary operating procedures, excellent communication skills, a strong presence, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible and professional security presence at client sites.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and activities.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide first aid where necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain high standards of performance.

Requirements:

• Full working rights in Hong Kong SAR.
• Current and valid QAS certification and compliance with local regulations.
• Current and valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Current and valid first aid certificate.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and fitness tests.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
