 The appointee will be required to:

• assist in the project development and implementation of the Open Lab;
• serve as tour guide for visiting tours / groups and support social media efforts for the project;
• structure and run workshops with external parties under the theme of sustainable fashion and consumption;
• assist in office administrative support, data entry and filing;
• handle the space/lab maintenance, operation and the procurement, etc.;
• coordinate with local and overseas business partners and handle enquiries in a professional manner;
• coordinate marketing events and other marketing and business activities, including but not limited to the technology showcase rotation in the space, event set up and logistics arrangement;
• work closely with the Marketing Team and other internal departments for the promotion and marketing of the lab; and
• perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, STEM subject or a related discipline, preference will be given to those with a master’s degree or above;
• 3 or more years of Business / Marketing relevant work experience; preferably with work experience in fashion and textile industry and running student workshops;
• Independent, highly-organized and capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments;
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with cheerful and outgoing personality;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing and knowledge in multimedia platforms; and
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with a good command of Putonghua being an advantage.
