Human Resources & Administration Generalist
(Candidate with more experience will be considered as
Human Resources & Administration Manager)
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all-rounded human resources functions including payroll calculation, recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, leave administrations, employee issues/enquiries, staff movement, injury/dispute case, etc;
- Work closely with restaurant managers ensuring that all employees truly understand their roles and responsibilities through proper governance;
- Provide general office-administrative matters and procurement;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably experience in catering or retail field will be an advantage;
- Detail-minded and able to work independently;
- Sound communications and interpersonal skills with staff of all levels;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices;
- Hands-on experience on HRIS;
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is preferred.
