Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple Taiwanese dessert shop outlets within an assigned geographical area.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability for the area outlets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, customer traffic, staff productivity, and product mix to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of area outlet managers and staff to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence.
• Liaise with the central management team to provide feedback, recommendations, and implement corporate policies and initiatives at the area level.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for  senior  management.
  
  Job Requirements:
  • 3 years or above of area management experience in the chain retail/F&B industry
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in market dynamics and competitive landscape analysis
  • Strong business development and customer service mindset
  • Capable of data analysis and report writing
  • Able to work independently while possessing good teamwork spirit
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with proficiency in Chinese and English documentation
