Support regional Sales Head on sales & marketing activities within different regions, analysing sales reports and data from regions, provide guidance to the regional sales team on sales strategy implementation. Responsible to manage the operations systems and provide regular management reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist Regional Head on managing regional sales team deliver business sales plans and sales activities.
• Analysing regional market data reports to drive the pre-sales activities and tender hit rate improvement. 
• Support the regional sales reams operations align with global and regional sales policies and procedures. 
• Reviewing the sales data of performance and pipeline by system ensure the projects status timeline. 
• Proactively manage the regular sales reports on timely basis and consolidate and analysis the statistics to internal management.
• Based on the data analysis sales performance to drive sales progress and provide follow up actions.
• Support Regional Sales Head on company marketing/ branding projects as well as any ad hoc projects. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Statistics/ Marketing/ Finance/ Engineering.
• Experience in Mechanical or Engineering Industry in analysing or with Finance Planning & Analysis experience would be an advantage. 
• Good knowledge in Sales analysing tools/system in similar industry. 
• Strategic orientation, good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong numerical sense with statics knowledge and data analysis skills. 
• Proactive, strong interpersonal skills & dynamic personality.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. 
• Attention to details and able to handle multi tasks 
• Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
