Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp/phone.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Provide customers with the latest company information and treatment promotions.
• Assist in the operation of the customer service department.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• Excellent communication skills, polite, enthusiastic, and proactive.
• 1 year or more of work experience.
• Proficient in computer word processing and Chinese typing.
• Fluent in Cantonese and general English.
• Immediate availability will be given priority.
