Job Description:

A leading conglomerate company in HK, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team to work on their internal systems enhancement projects. This BA will gain exposure on the end-to-end agile project workflow and work with a variety of users. • 1-2 years BA experience 
• Experience working with internal systems
• Some scripting experience 
• A proactive, passionate personality
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze processes, systems, and data for improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication.
• Evaluate potential solutions based on business priorities.
• Develop and execute scripts for data analysis or automation purposes.
• Develop test plans and validate implemented solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
