Responsibilities:

• Strictly comply with company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities.
• Independently develop new products/solutions to satisfy market requirements.
• Ensure good communication and cooperation with internal departments including marketing and sales, technical, production, QC, and purchasing. 
• To coordinate laboratory work with core competency in cementitious materials including but not limit to develop testing capabilities, maintain lab equipment, guild technicians and so on.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering and related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in cementitious materials and/or construction chemicals is a must. 
• Experience on premix mortars in terms of cementitious plastering mortar, screed and/or flooring mortar, tile adhesive mortar, waterproofing, etc. will be preferable.
• Be familiar with basic fundamentals of cementitious materials.
• Be familiar with relevant testing methods (BS/EN, GB, etc) for cementitious materials and additives.
• Be familiar with relevant lab equipment operations and maintenance for cement mortars.
• Open minded, initiative, and ability to become autonomous, curious.
