Saint-Gobain, a global leader in building materials, is seeking an experienced Glass Sales Manager to drive the sales and specification of our diverse range of architectural glass products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. This includes high-performance solutions for building facades, windows, decorative applications, and mirrors.
In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with developers, architects, designers, glass processors, facade contractors to promote the use of Saint-Gobain's industry-leading architectural glass products in commercial and residential projects across both regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the specification and adoption of Saint-Gobain's architectural glass product among developers, architects, designers, glass processors, facade contractors in Hong Kong and Macau
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, architecture, and real estate development industries in both markets, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and developers
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the selection, performance, and installation of Saint-Gobain's diverse range of architectural glass products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and educational materials to promote Saint-Gobain's architectural glass solutions in Hong Kong and Macau
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in both regions to inform product development and sales initiatives
- Monitor project pipelines, forecast future demand, and report on sales performance metrics for the Hong Kong and Macau markets
- Ensure all sales activities in Hong Kong and Macau adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural glass sales or technical sales, with a strong focus on specification and working with developers in both Hong Kong and Macau
- Detailed knowledge of building codes, glazing standards, and performance requirements for a wide range of architectural glass products in the Hong Kong and Macau markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Willingness to travel within Hong Kong, Macau, and the surrounding region as needed
