Job Responsibilities: 

•  Gather user requirements for the enablement of business processes or system functions;
• Maintain departments' change requests and issue logs;
• Analyse business processes and identify business scenarios and use cases;
• Analyse existing ERP systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and integration;
• Document detailed logic of all possible business scenarios and use cases;
• Conduct gap analysis and document as-is/to-be business processes and system functions;
• Author business requirement documents in detail that are free from ambiguity;
• Facilitate communication with business units to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and functionalities;
• Document IT operating procedures, incident reports, test result reports, and user guides;
• Design test cases and prepare testing data for functional and non-functional tests;
• Conduct system integration tests;
• Train users to use new functions and conduct user acceptance tests;
• Diagnose failed cases and create test result reports;
• Trace reasons for failed cases and data quality issues;
• Provide support to users on system features and functionalities;
• Enable business process or operation change.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Operation Management, or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst role;
• Must be a meticulous person with an analytical mindset;
• Capable and willing to go through details to trace reasons for problems;
• Good English writing skills, capable of authoring high-quality business requirement documents free from ambiguity;
• Good knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is advantageous;
• Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work with little supervision, self-motivated;
• Good command of written and verbal Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
