Responsibilities

• Manage online marketing platforms such as eCommerce website and Social Media channels 
• Produce engaging content for websites and marketing channels including articles, images, and social media feeds
• Prepare email marketing for brand awareness, promotional campaign
• Provide customer service support on social media channels
• Work closely with sales and warehouse team to ensure daily operation are aligned with marketing objective
• Initiate, manage and execute marketing campaign, CRM strategy, loyalty programme on website 
• Create and manage engaging content on website to increase traffic and conversion
• Drive website traffic from managing SEO, SEM, and keywords skills to gain market exposure
• Responsible for online content, product and promotion information
• Perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing 
• Hand on experience with Shopify and knowledge in HTML & Google Analytics will be an advantage
• Strong sales and marketing sense, passion in e-Commerce and digital & social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and data-driven thinking, fast thinker with analytic mind with a can-do attitude
• Proactive, flexible, energetic, independent with ability in handling multi-tasks, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with social media platforms and keep up with trends
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Knowledge of e-commerce, digital platform
• Strong interest and passion in beauty industry is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
