Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior management to carry out business promotion and schedule, participate in project investment, introduce project resources and institutional resources, coordinate the relationship management between the company and directors, institutions and investors
• Organize various investor relations activities such as annual general meetings, roadshows, and press conferences
• Formulate corporate IR/PR strategies to enhance communications with clients’ shareholders, fund managers, buy/sell-side analysts and reporters
• Design and execute effective IR/PR programs, handle investors’ inquiries, organize and formulate investor presentations, website content, press releases and interim/annual reports
• Develop and update investor presentations in align with company development and business for investors and analysts
• Develop investor marketing programs including attending investor conferences, conducting investor engagement events, and non-deal roadshows
• Conduct research and analyze financial market information
• Participate in investor relations ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ working experience in financial investment, investor relations, fund-raising, etc.  Experience in the finance industry, listed company 
• Demonstrable track record of raising capital for funds from relevant investors
• Strong influencing and advisory skills
• Able to manage projects independently
• Good command of Chinese and English
