This Company is a multinational Retail company with global presence and excellent reputation. It is currently looking for an Accountant to support global accounting operations.

What you'll do:

As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our client's operations across multiple overseas locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the month-end closing process, delivering monthly reports on time, supporting forecast and budget planning initiatives, implementing group internal controls, preparing tax computations, assisting in tax planning, and liaising with external parties. You will also be expected to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• Manage full set accounting and accounting operations for several overseas countries
• Handle the month-end closing process and monthly reports
• Work closely with local finance teams and various department on finance issues
• Assist in forecast and budget planning initiatives
• Establish productive relationships with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and vendors
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

What you bring:

• A Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a relevant discipline
• Ideally 2-4 years of experience, preferably from a sizable company; Retail background is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
