Italian jewelry brand with a century-old history and status, consolidate the position of its jewelry with extraordinary handicraft and creative design. Put the idea on Ready-to-wear with Jewelry and focus on colorful gemstones. 

Locations: Tsim Sha Tsui

The Job:

• Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning.
• To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target.
• Prepare weekly / monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues. 
• implementation regarding to sales policies, procedures and customer services guideline.
• Re-view and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement.
• Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years at management level.
• Strong leadership, enterprise approach, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
