Responsibilities:

• To ensure all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed , confirmed and settled in a timely basis.
• Monitor and operate various settlement systems, including but not limited to MUREX,SWIFT,RTGS,CMU,HKTR.
• Ensure the procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently and follow up the HKMA circulars.
• Bank reconciliation check
• Report and trace irregular payment case
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
• Handle in ad-hoc projects.
• Participate in system enhancements and project testing.

 Requirements:
 

• Bachelor Degree in business related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in banking operations.
• Product knowledge in Treasury Products (including FX,MM,DCI,….) is a plus.
• Good knowledge in PC (e.g. outlook / word / excel …)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Internal Audit Control License is preferred
• Honest, positive, able to work under pressure, strong client service and learning abilities, with good communication and team work sprits
