Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
  監督並指導員工實現最佳績效
   
• Setting sales targets, motivating team to achieve store KPIs and sales 
  設定銷售目標，激勵團隊實現商店 KPI 和銷售 
   
• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
  管理所有商店運作並分配人員職責
   
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  監控庫存水準和採購並確保其保持在預算範圍內
   
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
  處理顧客投訴，維護店鋪聲譽
   
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  規劃店內促銷活動或展示
   
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  了解市場趨勢
   
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  分析銷售報告

Requirements

• 2-3 years of supervisor or management experiences in retail indsutry (Luxury Retail experience will be an advantage)
  2-3年零售業管理經驗（有奢侈品零售經驗者優先考慮）
   
• Passionate in retail industry
  熱愛零售行業
   
• Attention to details and good at communication
  注重細節，善於溝通
   
• Strong in CRM skills
  興顧客保持良好關係
