Warehouse Location : Kwai  Chung
Working Hours : 09:00 - 18:30 / 16:00 - 25:30 (Shift)

Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of air import/export operation documents
• To follow up shipment status
• To monitor airline bookings and procedures
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
• Plan cargo consolidation for maximization of equalization
• Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct shipment requirements
• Ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfillment
• System data entry

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding.
• Middle user level of MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin
• Responsible, independent and self-motivated.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
• Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
