Job description:

 

Your role:

• 為客戶進行安裝或維護服務, 包括語音、數據、寬頻、智能項目產品等
• 確保服務符合客戶要求和/或公司標準；解答客戶關於公司提供的一般服務/產品的查詢
• 與工作團隊合作解決服務提供過程中的問題
• 協助主管利用客戶反饋意見執行修正/預防措施
• 執行備勤任務

• 中五程度
• 無需經驗
• 較少經驗者可考慮為技術員
