Our client is a luxury brand. They are looking for a Client Marketing Officer (1-year renewable contract) to join the team 

The Job:

• Assisting in the company’s CRM and marketing activities
• Handling administrative work for VIP loyalty program
• Checking of client records, purchase behaviour and other specific requests
• Manage gifting and client treatment plan to develop and grow VIP client base
• Ensure that all clients who were targeted for the event, RSVPed and attended, and new clients recruited are recorded in the system
• Handle VIP trip itinerary arrangements for local and global events 
• Assist event set-up arrangements

The Candidate:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
