The job holder will report to the Managing Director/ Finance Director and perform operational duties in, but not limited to, Procurement, Material Control and Customer Services areas.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assist in procurement processes like MRP setting formation, procurement strategy setting and vendor quotation processes;
• Participate in discussion with various internal departments so as to resolve any inter-department issues;
• Liaise with customers to resolve order processing issues;
• Suggest improvements in existing workflow, enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: 

• University graduate in relevant disciplines (e.g. material, production related, business administration, etc.)
• Fresh graduates will be considered;
• For candidates with working experience, manufacturing related ones will be preferrable;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Well conversant in written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese;
• Self motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Occasional travel to PRC
