Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and conduct training programs and tools to support business strategy of distribution channels and development of corporate staff
- Conduct and facilitate product, sales or CPD training, forum and seminar to support business strategy of distribution channels
- Develop training tools/e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning production
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective training development
- Manage course development and program review according to stipulated standards
- Lead training projects and ad hoc programs as assigned
- Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
- Maintain accurate training record
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferable in business or training related disciplines
- At least 4 years of training experience in insurance, banking or IFA, preferably with experience in bancassurance
- Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- Good team player and outgoing personality
- Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
