Our client "Canmake Tokyo" is seeking a Sales Executive (FMCG) to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Assist on managing the assigned key accounts and be the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
• Plan and develop sales strategies in assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of company goals.
• To explore and develop B2B business opportunities at different markets including local & overseas retailer chain stores & online shops.
• Regular sales and market analysis reporting, review and evaluate sales performance and promotion activities effectiveness.
• Work closely with clients & internal teams to ensure marketing support and front-line sales staffs are driving the business toward business goal.
• Strategic planning at store level to drive sales and rapport building with stores to explore future opportunities for growth. Handle customer enquiries and orders follow-up. Build strong relationship with customers and initial sales activities.
• Promoting and selling company products to new customers.
• Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts / retailer chain promotion table to promote key lines.
• Order new product from Supplier and follow up whole process of the delivery.
• Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products.

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales & marketing field
• A passion for sales beauty products and strong sense of the consumer goods market
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel all around the world for trade events
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Japanese knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime for ad hoc task assigned by senior management
