We are hiring a (Senior) Sales Support Executive position for iFAST Global Markets (iGM), a division of iFAST Corporation Ltd., which provides multiple tailored wealth management services. Our team of seasoned advisers and research experts is devoted to meeting our clients' investment needs through comprehensive solutions.

iGM aims at strengthening the transparency in product information, fees, and sales commissions, and financial advisers can provide investment and insurance advice in their client's best interest. 

Internal Title: Senior Executive/ Executive, Business Development

Responsibilities: 

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to investment advisors and address their inquiries on insurance products, services, and operational workflow. Assist in developing their sales and marketing strategies to drive growth;
• Liaise with external content providers/ business partners on investment and or insurance training arrangements;
• Assist in the agency recruitment process of financial advisors;
• Organize and participate in marketing events, seminars, and workshops; 
• Participate in platform enhancement projects, work with the IT team to provide product direction and roadmap, and perform UAT testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems;
• 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on agency management/ business development/ sales support; 
• Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and operational processes; 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; 
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities; 
• Experience in IT project support would be an advantage (e.g., provide user requirements, conduct UAT, etc.).
