HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for providing project and product management support for key IT projects, including eHealth+, the Digital Health Platform, and the Clinical Management System with the following key responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretarial support to committees, working groups and management for different IT projects.
- Assist in project management and coordination with IT&HI project teams on planning, implementation, progress monitoring, governance reporting, and issue/risk management.
- Assist in developing technical specifications, operational procedures and manuals and managing their updates and revisions.
- Compile statistical and analytical reports for management review.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project implementation, including organizing events and engagement activities for staff and patients.
- Support procurement processes, budget and financial monitoring and management of vendor performance.
- Facilitate effective internal communications including enquiries handling and ensuring timely dissemination of project updates and relevant information to concerned parties.
- Perform any other duties as assigned in related functions.

A university degree or equivalent.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure:
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in health care or public organization.
- Experience in any one of the following areas:
- Project management
- Budget and manpower planning
- Procurement & contract management
- Provision of executive and secretarial support to committees
- Proficiency in computing / PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
- Responsible, self-motivated and innovative with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
