Pay

:

HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for providing project and product management support for key IT projects, including eHealth+, the Digital Health Platform, and the Clinical Management System with the following key responsibilities:

  1. Provide executive and secretarial support to committees, working groups and management for different IT projects.
  2. Assist in project management and coordination with IT&HI project teams on planning, implementation, progress monitoring, governance reporting, and issue/risk management.
  3. Assist in developing technical specifications, operational procedures and manuals and managing their updates and revisions.
  4. Compile statistical and analytical reports for management review.
  5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project implementation, including organizing events and engagement activities for staff and patients.
  6. Support procurement processes, budget and financial monitoring and management of vendor performance.
  7. Facilitate effective internal communications including enquiries handling and ensuring timely dissemination of project updates and relevant information to concerned parties.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned in related functions.
    Entry Requirements:
    1. A university degree or equivalent.

    2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

    Preferable Attributes/Exposure:

    1. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in health care or public organization.
    2. Experience in any one of the following areas:
      1. Project management
      2. Budget and manpower planning
      3. Procurement & contract management
      4. Provision of executive and secretarial support to committees
    3. Proficiency in computing / PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
    4. Responsible, self-motivated and innovative with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
