Our client is a Well Known Hospitality brand, to cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Chief Editor to join the team.

The Job :

• Lead and develop a comprehensive content strategy, that supports the company's growth plans, considering different stages of the customer journey and various channels of communication 
• Leading the Content team and oversee the entire content creation guideline for global market, from ideation to publication 
• Mapping out content plans and editorial calendars that align with the business unit objectives and marketing initiatives 
• Monitor and analyse content performance, continuously evaluate and refine the content strategy based on feedback, data-driven insights, and evolving business needs 
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the content strategy is integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives 
• Work closely with business units and stakeholders to define key messaging and value propositions that should be incorporated into the content strategy
   

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred 

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Editorial, Copy writing or Content Marketing 
• Proven track record of success and previous experience working in large scale/ complex organization with multiple locations and stakeholders 
• Good knowledge of international content preference  across dynamic communication touch points 
• Strong understanding of customer behavior
