Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and correspondence regarding air export shipments
• Update reports and system
• Issue billing
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties effectively
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the manage

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
• Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
