Job Duties 職責:

• Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation 負責編排餐枱以達高效率及暢順營運 
• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking, ensure that tables are set before clients’ arrival 接聽顧客查詢, 處理預訂並確保預留位置擺設妥當 
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety guidelines 確保餐廳內提供的服務是符合訂定的衛生及安全標準 

Job Requirements 工作要求:

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 year receptionist-relevant experience 中五或以上程度及至少2年接待員相關經驗
• Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先 
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong 合資格在香港工作 

Restaurant Types 餐廳類型:

• Thai Cuisine 泰國菜** 
• Chinese Cuisine 中菜*
