Job Description
Assistant/ Project Manager - office fitting out
Employer:
Our client is a comprehensive interior design and contracting company that delivers a turnkey design and build service to their corporate clientele in the region. Currently, they are expanding their project team with an APM or PM.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for overall project management, including project planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.
- Work closely with internal design team to smoothly execute projects.
- Coordinate and review the shop drawing with designer and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with different internal and external parties, including sub-contractor, consultant, supplier, etc.
- Monitor and control site progress, attend site meeting.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in interior design & build or interior fitting out projects
- Experiences in office interior project is a plus.
Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese - Less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator/ Assistant Project Manager
