A Family Office is looking for an Asset Management Officer to manage their self-owned portfolio

About the Role

• Assist the manager to manage the company's existing and potential portfolio
• Develop and implement leasing strategies for the portfolio
• Handle leasing inquiries, negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company's goals

The successful applicants

• Degree holder in Surveying, Facilities Management or other related disciplines
• 2 years or above experience in Leasing or Property Management
• Passionate, Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
