Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and implementation of strategic objectives and optimize business opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets, and to growth market share of assigned brands  
  • Develop, grow and maintain sales channels to maximize sales potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Open new customers which align with channel strategy and contribute to volume increase. Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers, distributors, dealers and practitioners.
  • Formulate effective e-commerce plan for consumer education and to drive sales. Listing of products to own and 3rd party e-platforms.
  • Work closely with internal functions in the areas of budgeting, pricing, promotions, market planning, consumer research and channel & account management. 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above, preferable in Marketing/ Sales or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant experience in channel sales management, Health Products or Pharmaceutical industry is a MUST;
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with good interpersonal skill.
